    BEAUTY/ Arbonne Ultra-Hydrating FC5 Hand Creme

I don’t spend a a massive amount on skincare, but I’m open to trying out new products and will spend more for something I really like. It’s part of the ‘getting better at beauty’ kick I’ve been on this year (FYI: still have a looooooong way to go!)

Arbonne as a brand isn’t new to me, I was introduced to them last year at the #HullBloggers Christmas event, but I’ve kept in touch with Sarah who works for them and she’s always happy to let me have a look at what’s new.

Hand creme is an absolute must for the tricky Autumn/Winter weather we’ve been having- rain? Wind? is it warm? Is it cold? Who knows anymore! This smells divine and a little like a spa to me, exactly as a high value should be in my eyes. A little bit goes a long way so for the £22 price tag means it’s decent value for money.

Let me know if you have any other good skincare recommendations for me – I’ve let all of my products run low so it’s the perfect time to try out some newbies!

  • FASHION/ Jenner Game

This is my ‘Kylie Jenner daytime’ look. I’m OBSESSED with shirt dresses because they’re just so comfy (as well as hiding the fact you ate a huuuuuge meal, totally necessary in my case). This one has been my fave for the last couple of months- in all honesty I think I’ve only had about 5 fave outfits on rotation in that time because I really like a lot of my current wardrobe for once!

Still working on the ‘Balmain’ curls that Rick Roberts taught me a couple of months ago…getting a little better I think!

The boots are also really comfy, if you were wondering – that fabulous balance of looking good and being easy to wear. Aaaaaaaaand, tartan is kinda #festive for December too..muatard can totally work instead of red, right?

Looking forward to seeing some of your fave festive outfits too so don’t forget to share!

  • FASHION/ Current Mood.

I have literally never seen a better slogan t-shirt to fit my ever changing mood before…thanks Dom and Ink for dreaming it up!  Between that and my leopard print faux fur, I felt a bit ‘Kate Moss off duty’ while I was out Christmas shopping…don’t burst my bubble and tell me otherwise!

I’ve recently been suffering with sciatica (nothing like a bit of excruciating pain to make you feel oooooollllllllld) so wearing heels daily has been a bit of a challenge. Luckily I’ve managed to find my fave boots in a flatter version, yay!

It’s sooo weird to be able to walk around with an open jacket at this time of year is t it, is this what #christmas in California feels like?? Erm…..

  • FASHION / That’s soooo Dolce

Happy Monday all, #Christmas is on its ways….NEXT WEEK. Eek!! One of THE most classic and timeless labels in the fashion world, all hail D&G! I was set a little challenge by my designer faves Farfetch to put together a collection of items that I feel are typical of their asthaetic. And this is what I chose!

I put together more of an outfit than a wish list because it helps me imagine it more- my inspiration was VB rocking some off duty chic except the the drawing print top – that’s very much for me as its a little quirky against the more classic ‘keep in your wardrobe forever’ pieces)

What pieces would you have picked to sum up the quintessential D&G vibe?

  • FASHION/ Candid in all black at Malmaison

Thought I’d post my first ‘festive’ #OOTN of the year – by festive, I mean it’s December and I’m standing by a tree, clearly my outfit isn’t quite in that category!

This was a night out in Liverpool, one of my fave UK cities, taken by the tree at Malmaison. As festive as it wasn’t, my outfit was warm(ish) against the chilly Mersey breeze as well as combining different textures and pattern to break up the black. These are the shoes I SHOULD have worn to my graduation too (still a slight sore point)btw, very easy to walk in.
