FASHION/ Weekly Style Round Up
Happy Sunday all! This week has been a bit manic but I’m so happy because I’ve finally completed my last bit of uni work for good, yay me! Very excited to see what happens next.
Normal service should start to be resumed in my blogosphere, I’m working on putting together my summer wardrobe so I hope to share the results with you soon. In the meantime, the celebs have been more organised and have already pulled some fashion triumphs out of their dreamy wardrobes!
I’ve never been to the polo before, so I’m not really sure what I’d deem a good outfit to attend in, but I like both of these looks either way. I not sure I’d be brave enough to work the cut out jumpsuit during the day but Diane is babein’ and fabulously quirky in it…isn’t she always? You can find a similar #Jumpsuit at Missy Empire.
I’d definitely be more inclined to wear this cute green gingham for a daytime event – it’s so summery and girly. I don’t know where this dress is from but I really like this 50s style Queen of Holloway number as its a flattering shape for creating that classic hourglass silhouette.
Amanda has rounded off her stylish talent show catwalk by owning this beautiful dress at the #BGT wrap party. I adore the look for being clean and sassy all at once! There’s a really nice cape dress by ITS by Lauren Pope that’s great value as well as super chic.
Diana Vicker’s has been out and about lot lately and I’m really digging her look- she’s always had that laid back boho aesthetic which is perfect now we’re officially in festival season. This playsuit is a great example of a piece that be dressed up or down, the print looks really fresh in these colours.
So it turns out Lydia and I have the same taste in online brands! Her maxi duster jacket in that gorgeous shade of blue and casually stylish ripped skinny jeans (which you know I’m slightly obsessed with) are both by Pretty Little Thing. Honestly, it’s really difficult not to buy most of their pieces for my summer holiday right now!
Congratulations on expecting baby number 2 Kimmy! Her pregnancy style so far as certainly been eclectic, but this khaki look is a perfect example of how blooming mummies can do comfort and style for the summer. I’m a definite champion of the maxi dress for looking cool when it’s hot and I definitely want a look similar to this in my summer wardrobe. There’s a great version of this dress in River Island, and Public Desire have just dropped some gorge gladiator sandals (which also come in khaki if you wanted to go full on head to toe) to finish off the outfit.
I found it ever so slightly unusual that the Jenners were launching their clothing line but turned up not wearing any of the pieces… both gals are still supporting by working a bit of #Topshop though, and they look cool so I can’t complain! You can buy Kylie’s orange dress here, sadly Kendall’s sheer palazzo pants are sold out but Missguided do a similar (if perhaps a little racier) pair. Ego footwear have some fab high leg heels and lace ups really similar to the Jenner girls – try these to channel Kendall or these to vibe your inner Kylie.
I imagine this second Kim look will not be emulated by pregnant women everywhere! Hell, I think even the non preggo amongst us may have a twitch of anxiety over shimmying into an entire latex look…but honestly I think she looks HOT- It’s a gorgeous colour, great shape and holds everything in the right place. If you have the confidence (and the patience to get it on) then strut proudly ladies! This dress is by Atsuko Kudo (where her last PVC getup was also from) and won’t break the bank too badly.
That’s it for another week in the stylish world of celeb, which looks are your faves? I’m really interested to know your thoughts on Kim’s maternity styles too.

FASHION/ Glamour Awards Style Picks (2015)
The Glamour Awards is definitely one of my favourite red carpets for spying some great looks. I wasn’t disappointed as so many people took fashion risks, even the boys (I’m talking to you, Dougie Poynter) I didn’t like all of them but I appreciate the effort as it makes things interesting when people push themselves! These are my faves
Aleesha’s has such a good week in general for style with the live #BGT shows and has been trying all sorts already! I adore this colour on her, and I really like the mixture of it being super demure in the cut but a bit cheeky with the peek-a-boo lace.
Kate’s another one that’s had an awesome red carpet style season for me – this ess screams Glamour mag as its sleek, dramatic, well tailored and has really great movement with the pleat detail and shimmer fabric. Nice work ladies.
Ladies in Red
Pregnancy style has never looked so fab! Adore this colour and style that Fearne is wearing, and I like that she’s keeping it current with the caged heels (I hope she was too uncomfortable in them bless her!). Rosie is just…well this is kinda what I expect- glam and elegant (but on trend with those delicate lace up heels) which is why she’s one of my fave style muses.
Oh heeeey Little Mix! Great set of very different looks drawn together in 1 colour, I don’t know if I could pick a favourite as they all work, I think if I was wearing them I’d be most likely to work Jesy’s look with the old Hollywood hair and classic lace. Salute!
It’s always great when someone pulls off a really great trouser suit and makes it look both sharp and sexy…strut forward Lilah! This is why she’s my GIRL, she makes this simple outfit look totally fierce and glam…fabulous.
All in the Details
I’m very into lace up detailing on clothing and shoes at the minute and Ellie is the first person I’ve seen doing this for an awards ceremony, to be honest I don’t think this look would work better anywhere else as its too on trend. I really like how it creates a kind if gothic glam feel, nod that she’s kept her shoes really simple to balance (some would’ve gone for lace ups to match which I think may have been too much). Her hair looks great as well.
Tanya is flying the fash flag proudly for us #bloggers and #vloggers and I like her for standing out in a co Llewelyn different vibe from the rest of the attendees. Both the shape of the dress and quirky zebra details are really cute, super simple sandals keeps the focus where it should be. I’d definitely wear this, wanna lend it to me Tanya…pleeeeaaaase??
Who were your best dressed at the #GlamourAwards2015 ?

FASHION/ May Style Round Up
It’s been a really varied month for style, I feel like I’ve been trying some different things for me!
It’s ma Birthday, it’s my Birthday…

I also filmed my first mini YouTube vid which you can watch here still debating on whether I should do it as a more regular thing…let me know what you think!
You may have noticed that my Thursday post has gone MIA over the last couple of months sometimes – this is because I’ve been locked in a room furiously reading, writing and revising for my final uni assessments. My last exam is on 4 June so the end is very firmly in sight, but in the meantime I just want to say
I’m already plotting outfits for June- I have my nephew’s christening and my birthday as a priority for some fab outfits, not to mention the search for the perfect graduation outfit.
Thanks for reading!Stay Stylish

FASHION/ Weekly Style Round Up
The end of another week that takes us from May to June…that’s fifty shades of cray! Here’s which celebs I’m style crushing this week…
Denim denim denim…I’m all about a great dressy-cas denim look. I’m really digging dungarees at the minute, I’m currently on the hunt to find a great pair that won’t make my bum look extra massive and the. I’m sure I’ll be living in them for most of my summer down time. The difference between Caroline and Mollie’s looks show how versatile they can, I can’t even put Rihanna in as she’s marching to a beat all of her own! Mylene’s look is a great mix of the girly and the grungy/tough – this is like a holy grail of off duty for me, but I’d definitely lose the shirt round the waist as it wouldn’t do my shape any favours.
Get Caroline’s Look: Dungarees, Top Shop *exact match*/ Top, New Look / Shoes, Missguided
Get Mollie’s Look: Dungarees, Top Shop / Bralet, Top Shop *exact match* / Shoes, Public Desire
Get Rihanna’s Look: Jeans, Boohoo / Jacket, River Island Man / Pants, Puma
Get Mylene’s Look: Jacket, Mylene’s Klass for Littlewoods / Lace Top, Mylene Klass for Littlewoods
Them Knowles Sistas be Killin’ it
I know I almost ALWAYS have Bey in here, but come on…how could I not right?!?! Solange is usually the more risky with her style but it’s not often I see her in something when I think ‘I’d wear that’ as she’s a lil far out for me! But this dress has a really nice shape and would be super flattering on most body types I think.
Get Beyonce’s Looks- White Bodysuit, Pretty Little Thing / Pink Midi Skirt, Boohoo / Orange Dress, AX Paris / Turquoise Clutch, Lauren Pope for Accessoryo / Court Shoes, New Look
Get Solange’s Look- Dress, Boohoo / Shoes, Public Desire (I’ve just bought some really similar)
Too Glam to Give a Daaaaaaaamn
This week’s BGT semi finals has been a real catwalk for ‘Manda and ‘Leesh, and they’ve both turned it uuuuuuup! These we just two of my fave outfits. Sam looks gorgeous and simple in this black number, kind of funny she’s gone understated since she was attending a drag queen event! Gorgeous girlies. Sadly I couldn’t find any style steals for these looks, but if you happen across any feel free to share.
That all for another week of style in celebville, hope you enjoyed the looks and my copies!
